Mary Joye, age 87, passed away at the Garden Park Nursing Home of Shreveport on Wednesday, August 24, 2011. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Joye son, Gary Joye parents, Omer Laura Duncan Tyson. She is survived by her children, John Pat Joye wife Debora of Princeton, LA, Rebecca Slusher husband Daniel of Cincinnati, OH., William Tyson Joye wife Kristin of El Paso, IL daughterinlaw, Marianna LaCour Joye of Grand Coteau grandchildren, Grant Slusher wife Kate, Whitney Slusher, Aaron Slusher, Keven Joye, Tylene Joye, Dorian Joye, Ciara Joye, Jennifer Joye Nix greatgrandchildren, Kendall Slusher, Jackson Slusher, Kayla Reyes, Draigan Reyes, Peyton Nix sisterinlaw, Myrtice Tyson of Cairo, GA.
