Mary Mills

Services for Mary Louise Mills, age 88, of Hessmer will be at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, June 29, 2009 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Hessmer. Burial will be in St. Alphonsus Cemetery, Hessmer under the direction of Escude Funeral Home of Mansura. Mrs. Mills passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at Hessmer Nursing Home. She is survived by her husband, Bennett Mills of Hessmer; two sisters, June Reed of Alexandria and Betty Gibson of Texas. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Bourg; mother, Edna Bourg; two sisters, Hazel Freeman and Agnes Matassa; two brothers, Ivan Bourg and Leo Bourg. Visitation will be at Escude Funeral Home of Mansura, Mansura, beginning at 1 p.m. Sunday, June 28, 2009 and continuing all night. Rosary will be at 6 p.m. Sunday.
