Mildred Milligan

Funeral services for Mildred Milligan of Mansura will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 beginning at 10 am at Escude Funeral Home of Mansura. Visitation will take place Tuesday, March 29, 2016 beginning at 5pm until 9pm and will reopen Wednesday morning from 8am until the time of service at Escude Funeral Home of Mansura. Interment will commence in the St. Paul Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.

Mildred Milligan, age 91, passed away on Monday, March 28, 2016 at Hessmer Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Royce Milligan; parents, Issaac & Ida Sonnier Schexnyder; brothers, Lennis Schexnyder, Louis Schexnyder and her sister, AnnaBelle Gaspard.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Donald Milligan of Mansura, Larry Milligan of Iowa; sisters, Georginna Blair of Lecompte, Mary Del Juneau of Hessmer and her 4 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
