Funeral services for Minnie Laborde Barbin of Marksville will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2015 beginning at 11am at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marksville with Fr. Abraham officiating. Visitation will take place at the Escude Funeral Home in Mansura on Thursday, January 8, 2015 beginning at 8am until 10:40am. Burial will be held at the St. Joseph No. 1 Cemetery in Marksville. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
Minnie Laborde Barbin, age 77, passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2015 at Valley View Nursing Home in Mansura. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ovide & Emma Laborde and her brothers, Eric Laborde & Sydney Laborde.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Hope Barbin of Marksville. She was a beloved mother and will be missed dearly.
