Minnie Ortego

Funeral Mass for Minnie Marie Ortego of Morrow will begin at 11:30am on Sunday, August 11th, 2019 at St. Charles Catholic Church of Goudeau with Fr. Walter Ajaero officiating. Burial will be held St. Charles Catholic Cemetery.

Minnie Ortego, age 88, passed away on Wednesday, August 7th, 2019 at the Avoyelles Manor Nursing Home.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Ronald Ortego of Opelousas and Michael Ortego of Goudeau. She is also survived by her five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dore’ Ortego; sister, Barbara Deshotel; parents, Clovis and Lillie Lossoir Dufour.

Visitation will begin at 9:30am until 11:30am at the St. Charles Catholic Church of Goudeau on Sunday, August 11th, 2019.
