Morris Bonton, Sr., age 68, of Marksville, LA, died Friday, April 4, 2008, at Valley View Nursing Home in Mansura, LA. He was a member of the Star Light Baptist Church. He was the son of the late Euries Bonton and the late Carrie Johnson He is survived by his wife; Delores Bonton; One Daughter, Carlotte' Rhodes, Atlanta, GA; Five Sons, Patrick Bonton, Marksville, LA, Stanley Bonton, Marksville, LA, Morris Bonton, Jr., Marksville, LA and Dexter Bonton, Marksville, LA; Four Sisters, Queen E. King, Marksville, LA, Sylvia Dee Bookman, Alexandria, LA, Letha M. Bonton, Alexandria, LA and E. June Bonton Addison, Alexandria, LA; Eight Brothers, Arthur Bonton, Sr., Chicago, IL, Samuel Bonton, Sr., Alexandria, LA, Harry Owens Bonton, Alexandria, LA, Lonest Bonton, Sr., Marksville, LA and Norris Bonton, Sr., Marksville, LA and Ten Grand Children. Arrangements are being handled by Escude Funeral Home , Mansura, LA. The family will receive friends from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 12, 2008 at the Starlight Baptist Church in Hickory Hill. Funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the Church, Rev.
