Murphy Thibodeaux

Funeral services for Murphy J. Thibodeaux of Plaucheville will be held on Friday, June 28, 2013 beginning at 10am at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Dupont with Fr. George Krosfield officiating. Burial will held at the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Dupont. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2013 beginning at 5pm until 10pm at the Escud Funeral Home in Cottonport.
Murphy J. Thibodeaux, age 60, passed away at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria on Tuesday, June 25, 2013. Mr. Murphy was preceded in death by his parents Orilean, Sr. Vernie Lee Thibodeaux, his brother Wesley Thibodeaux, and his sister Dorothy Fabre.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Ellen Thibodeaux of Plaucheville his daughter Melissa Morrison Shawn of Mansura his two sons Jimmy Thibodeaux Brenda of Echo and Jared Thibodeaux of Plaucheville. He is also survived by six brothers, Louis Thibodeaux of Springfield, Eugene Thibodeaux of Dupont, Weston Thibodeaux of Walker, A.J. Thibodeaux of Dupont, Orlieans Thibodeaux, Jr. of Denham Springs, and Leslie Thibodeaux of Plaucheville his two sisters, Irene Priester of Denham Springs and Vernie Lee Greer of Crestview, FL five grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren.
