Nathan Adams

Funeral services for Nathan James Adams of Lettsworth will be held Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Heart of Worship Church in Lettsworth beginning at 12pm. Visitation will take place at Escude Funeral Home of Simmesport on Friday, October 30, 2015 from 5pm until midnight and will reopen Saturday morning at 8am until the time of service. Burial will commence at Heart of Worship Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
Nathan James Adams, age 53, passed away on Monday, October 26, 2015 at Jefferson Manor Nursing Home in Baton Rouge. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph I. & Dolores A. Adams; brother, Milton Adams; sister, Jaqueline Adams.
Those left to cherish Nathan's memory are his two sisters, Betty (Willie) Strange of Simmesport and Sharon (Joe) Laprairie of Lakeland; one brother, Kenneth Adams of Port Allen; sister-in-law, Lorraine Adams of Big Bend. Nathan also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and family. Nathan was a friend to everyone and will be greatly missed.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers: Joe Laprairie Jr., McCaleb Laprairie, Greg Tippit, William J. Strange, Michael Lenz, and David Grimes and honorary pallbearers: Gavin Lenz and Bryant Prothro.
