Funeral services for Nelda Cecile Par of Plaucheville will take place at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on Wednesday, January 30, 2013, beginning 11:00am. Visitation will also take place on Wednesday, from 9:30am to 11:00am at the Immaculate Conception Church Hall. Burial services will commence at the Immaculate Conception Mausoleum.
Nelda Par, age 92, passed away at the Avoyelles Manor Nursing Home on Saturday, January 26, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert Par daughter, Sandra Comeaux parents, Archille Eva Mayeux sisters, Reca M. Henderson, Lerty M. Manuel. She is survived by her grandchildren, Thomas Comeaux, Jr. of Prairieville, Stacey Lyn Blount husband Greg of Prairieville, Nicholas Blount of Gonzales greatgrandchildren, Victoria Lyn Arnold of Gonzales, Vincent Escondel of Gonzales, Parker Blount of Clinton, Gavin Carline of Prairieville soninlaw, Thomas Comeaux, Sr. of Prairieville.
