Newman Baudin

Funeral services for Newman Baudin of Bordelonville will be held on Friday, August 26, 2016 at St. Michael Catholic Church in Rexmere beginning at 11am with Fr. Ramji Shoury officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at St. Peter Church Hall in Bordelonville beginning at 3pm until 10pm with a Rosary at 6pm. Visitation will resume Friday morning at 8am until the time of service. Burial will commence in the St. Michael Catholic Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.

Newman Baudin, age 80, passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Colonial Nursing Home. He is preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Betty Baudin; and his parents, Irby Jospeh Baudin & Ida Baudin.
Those left to cherish his memory are his two daughters, Paige Rachal of Bordelonville and Monique Baudin of Bunkie; grandchildren, Buddy Brassette, Jr., Jade Mayeux, Justin Rachal, & Ashton Rachal; and also his six great-grandchildren.
