Noba Bordelon

Funeral services for Noba Joseph Bordelon of Moreauville will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2009 at the St. Peters Catholic Church of Bordelonville, beginning at 1:00pm. Visitations will also take place on Saturday and will be held at the St. Peter Church Hall, beginning at 8:00am until time of the funeral. Burial services will take place in the St. Peter Mausoleum. Noba Bordelon, age 86, passed away at the Veterans Hospital of Pineville on Thursday, November 12, 2009. He is preceded in death by his; parents, Clifton R. Bordelon Martha Zimmer; brother, Wilbert Bordelon; sisters, Rosella Gaspard, Marjorie Armand. He is survived by his; wife, Earline L. Bordelon of Moreauville; daughters, Renella Pastor of Bordelonville, Claudette Couvillion of Marksville, Anita Clarj of Walker; brother, Garrette Bordelon Baker; sister, Beverly Normand of Bordelonville; grandchildren, Heath Pastor, Heather Pastor, Jenna Pastor Hogan, Cain Couvillion, Caleb Couvillion, Hailey Clark, Elise Clark. He is also survived by his 3 great-grandchildren. Services and funeral arrangements are under the directions of Escude Funeral Home.
