Oscar Farbe

Funeral services for Oscar Ray Farbe of Big Bend will take place at the St. Peters Catholic Church Hall of Bordelonville on Sunday, March 17, 2013, beginning at 12:30pm with Msgr. Steve Testa officiating. Visitation will also be held at the church hall from 8:00am to 12:30pm.
Oscar Farbe, age 81, passed away at the Bayou Chateau Nursing Home of Simmesport on Thursday, March 14, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents, Horace Eleanor Baudin Farbe and his infant brother, Horace Farbe, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Mazie Ann Farbe of Big Bend children, Darlene Gaspard of Simmesport, Kenneth Farbe, Sr. of Hamburg, Ricky Farbe of Simmesport, Scott Bandy of Big Bend sister, Annabelle Gaudin of Simmesport. He is also survived by his four grandchildren six greatgrandchildren.
Services and arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
