Otride Bordelon

Funeral services for Otride John Bordelon will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2016 beginning at 10 am at Escude Funeral Home in Cottonport. Visitation will take place Friday, January 1, 2016 beginning at 5pm until 10pm and will reopen Saturday morning at 8am until the time of service. Interment will commence at Bayou Jack Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.

Otride John Bordelon, age 81, of Marksville passed away on December 30, 2015 at Cabrini Hospital Grace Home. Mr. Bordelon was born on November 16, 1934 in Cottonport. He enjoyed crawfishing, horse racing, and spending time with his family. He was very comical and always had a smile on his face. He was a very loving and caring man.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Felicie Bordelon; sons, Kirt Bordelon, Russell Bordelon; his 5 brothers, 4 sisters, 1 grandson and 1 granddaughter and his parents, Zeno & Ella Bordelon.
Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Donald Bordelon and Richard Bordelon(Robyn) both of Plaucheville, Clinton Bordelon (Leacadi) of Marksville, Ronnie Bordelon (Sabrina) of Mansura; daughters, Lula Reason (Michael) of Harvey, Susan Conner (Danny) of Plaucheville and Joann Glenn (Gene) of Dry Prong. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
