Owen Sebastian Rachal, age 94, of Houston, TX, died Tuesday, January 28, 2014, at OakMont Healthcare in Katy, TX. He is survived by his three daughters, Tammy Theresa Jones, Houston, TX, Frankie Lee Milian, Houston, TX and Stephanie Ruth Hasselbring, Katy, TX two sons, Owen Sebastian Rachal, Jr., Richmond, TX and John Montgomery Rachal, Winterhaven, FL and one brother, Oscar V. Rachal of Moreauville.
The family will receive friends from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Saturday, February 1, 2014 at the funeral home.
