Patricia Saucier

Patricia Saucier of Cottonport, age 79, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2025, at Valley View Nursing Home in Mansura. 

Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00am on Monday, February 24, 2025 at Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church in Plaucheville. 

Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23, 2025, beginning at 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Escude Funeral Home in Cottonport. A rosary will be recited at 7:00pm.

Burial will follow Mass at Mater Dolorosa Cemetery in Plaucheville, Monday, February 24, 2025.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, married on June 6, 1964, Ted Saucier; children, Michelle (Rick) Setzer of Cincinnati, OH, Douglas (Donna) Saucier of Plaucheville, and Adam (Jennifer) Saucier of Plaucheville; grandchildren, Leslie (Sam) Arceneaux, Allison (David) Bergeron, Tyler (Jill) Saucier, David (Destiny) Saucier, Rachal Setzer, Maxwell Setzer, Lily Saucier, and William Setzer; great-grandchildren, William Saucier, Reid Saucier, and Amelia Saucier; and sisters, Janet Gremillion and Una Harrison. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lebon and Gert Thevenote; and brothers, Byron “Bobby” Thevenote and Terrell Thevenote. 

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home of Home of Cottonport.
