Funeral services for Pearl Francis Frank Dupas of Marksville will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2016 beginning at 11am at Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Marksville. Visitation will be held Friday, January 8, 2016 beginning at 5pm until 10pm and will resume at 8am at Escude Funeral Home in Mansura. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
Pearl Frank Dupas, age 83, passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2015 at Avoyelles Hospital in Marksville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Newman Paul Dupas, Sr.; parents, Clifton Frank, Sr. & Edna Evans Frank; four sisters, Carrie Frank, Rose Bonton, Haddy Ariza, & Shirley Sampson; three brothers, Joseph Frank, Evan Frank, & Lawrence Frank.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Latrina Frank of Marksville & Mary Jane D. Jackson of Lafayette; sons, Newman Dupas, Jr. of Mansura & Murphy Simon, Jr. of Marksville; two sisters, Francis Gallow & Mildred Frank both of Port Arthur, TX; three brothers, Sylvan Frank of Port Arthur, TX, Clifton Frank, Jr. and Jules Frank, Sr. both of Marksville. She also leaves nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; special friend, Irvin Lehman; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family & friends.
