Pearl Gremillion

Funeral services for Pearl Desoto Gremillion of Baton Rouge formerly of Plaucheville will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016 beginning at 10am at Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church in Plaucheville. Visitation will take place Friday, September 23, 2016 beginning at 5pm until 9pm and will reopen Saturday morning at 8am, with a rosary being cited at 9am, until the time of service at Escude Funeral Home in Cottonport. Interment will commence in the church cemetery.

Pearl Desoto Gremillion, age 82, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Anthony "Tony" Gremillion; husband, Robert Turner and brother, J.C. Desoto.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Mark Gremillion of Brandon, MS, Perry Gremillion of Leesville; daughter, Patricia Bergeron of Dallas, TX; sisters, Laura Willis of Baker, Jewel Willis of Bayou Jack, Henrietta Stokes of Fort Smith, AR and Mary Desoto of Dupont. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Ashley Coker, Abigail Gremillion, Michael Gremillion, Jennifer Oviedo, Paige Gremillion, Mary Claire Gremillion; great-grandchildren, Olive Kate Coker, Max Parker Gremillion and Hank M. Gremillion.
