Penn Armand, Sr.

Funeral services for Penn James Armand, Sr. of Bordelonville will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at the St. Peters Catholic Church of Bordelonville, beginning at 11:00am. Visitations will take place at the St. Peter Church Hall of Bordelonville on Friday, January 8, 2010, beginning at 3:30pm until 10:00pm, and will resume Saturday morning at 7:00am. A rosary will be cited Friday evening at 6:30pm, and grave side services will commence at the St. Peters Catholic Mausoleum.
Penn James Armand, Sr., age 90, passed away at the Rapides Regional Medical Center on Wednesday, January 6, 2010. He is preceded in death by his sons, Gerard Armand, Ross Armand, P.J. Armand, Jr., Robert Armand daughter, Mary Armand parents, Bertha Guillot Armand Curtis Joseph Armand, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Mary Desselle Armand of Bordelonville sons, Donald Armand of Bordelonville, Eddie Armand of Bordelonville daughter, Judy Juneau of Denham Springs sisters, Iris Desselle of Bordelonville, Kathleen Swinn of Alexandria, Bertha Lemoine of Alexandria brothers, Curtis Armand, Jr. of Bordelonville, Ryan Armand of LaPlace. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren 27 greatgrandchildren.
