Funeral services for Peter Harrison Sampson of Marksville will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2014 beginning at 11am at Our Lady of Prompt Succor in Mansura with Fr. Laird officiating. Burial will be in the St. Paul Cemetery in Mansura. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2014 beginning at 9am until 11am at the Escud Funeral Home of Mansura. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.

Peter Harrison Sampson, age 85, passed away at Beaumont Nursing Home in Beaumont, TX on Thursday, March 27, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harris Ophelia Dupas Sampson his wife, Madelyn Jordan Samspon his brothers: Joseph Sampson, Aaron Sampson, and Howard Sampson and his sister, Eola Sampson Jackson and Victoria Sampson Berzart.

Those left to cherish his memories are a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
