Raymond Laborde

Funeral services for Raymond James Laborde of Cottonport will be held Wednesday, June 11, 2014 beginning at 9am at St. Marys Assumption Catholic Church in Cottonport with Fr. Jose RoblesSanchez officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 beginning at 5pm until 10pm at the Escud Funeral Home in Cottonport. Burial will be at the St. Marys No. 2 Cemetery in Cottonport. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of
Escud Funeral Home.
Raymond Laborde, age 67, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2014 at the Bunkie General Hospital in Bunkie. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Laborde his mother, Mabel Francios Laborde and his brothers, Gaston Laborde and Dale Laborde.
Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters: Cynthia Murphy Roger of Brouillette, Nancy Laborde of Colin, Annissa Laborde of Lake Charles his son, Timmy Laborde of Belledeau his sisters: Betty Normand of Marksville, Barbara Guillory of Cottonport, and Pauline Laborde of Cottonport his brothers: Donald Johnson of Mansura, Roderick Laborde of Cottonport, Wayne Laborde of Marksville, Floyd Laborde of Hessmer, Paul Laborde of Cottonport. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven greatgrandchildren.
