Services for Robert Murrell Smith, age 63, of Port Allen will be at 11:00 am on September 9, 2011 at Grace Community Church of Jacoby with Rev. Larry Thibodeaux officiating. Visitation from 10:00am to 11:00am September 9, 2011 at Grace Community Church of Jacoby. Mr. Smith passed away September 7, 2011 at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Smith. Survivors include his mother, Irene Smith of Simmesport brothers, John Smith of Hessmer, Kenny and wife Kim Smith of Mansura sisters, Juanita Hawks of Brewton, Alabama, Josephine Wood of Thomasville, Georgia, Evaline and husband Gerald Jackson of Simmesport, Charlotte Vaccaro of Moreauville, Glady Smith of Simmesport special cousin, Sarah Dunagan and husband Frank of Port Allen and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
