Rosemary Augustine

Funeral services for Rosemary Augustine of Mansura will begin at 11:00am on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at the Little Zion Baptist Church in Long Bridge with Rev. Vernon Simon officiating. The burial will follow at the church cemetery.

Ms. Augustine, age 70, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2024, at her home in Mansura.

Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory are her children, Michele Ann Augustine of Spring, TX, and Isiah Augustine of Port Arthur, TX; three sisters, Marie Powell, Lillian Bell, and Peggy Cotton all of Mansura; one brother, Jimmy Johnson of Alexandria; grandchildren, Keevianna Augustine, Demarian Young, and Jordan Augustine; great- grandchildren, Jatorrion Alfred, Jamir Alfred, and Kyleigh Alfred. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jeroy Augustine, great-grandson, Jyrien Alfred; parents, Kaysur and Elizabeth (Francisco) Johnson; and her siblings, Harold Johnson, Roy Johnson, and David Johnson.

Visitation will begin at 5:00pm until 9:00pm on Friday, April 5, 2024, at Escude Funeral Home in Mansura and will resume at 8:00 am until 10:30am on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Escude Funeral Home in Mansura.
