Services for Rose Parker will be at Mater Dolorosa CatholicChurch, Plaucheville on Saturday, June 16, 2007 at 12 p.m. with the Rev. Charles Morgan officiating. Burial will be in Mater Dolorosa Mausoleum, Plaucheville under the direction of Escude' Funeral Home of Mansura. Rose Parker, 89, of Plaucheville, died Monday, June 10, 2007 in Avoyelles Manor Nursing Home in Dupont. Survivors include brother, Philip Mayeaux of Jefferson and sister, Nellie Mae Vead of Plaucheville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mack Parker, father, Avit Mayeaux, mother, Aline Lemoine Mayeaux, brothers, Clinton, Boss, Peter, Bennett; sisters, Mary, Velma, Etta and brother, Lee. Visitation will be at Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church, Plaucheville on June 16, 2007 from 10:45 a.m. to 11:50 a.m.
