Funeral services for Rose Prevot of Houston, TX, formerly of Mansura, will take place at the Our Lady of Prompt Succor on Thursday, December 20, 2012, beginning at 10am with Father Martin Laird officiating. Visitation will also take place on Thursday, from 8am to 10am at the Escud Funeral Home of Mansura. Rosary will be held at 9am. Burial service will commence at the St. Paul Cemetery.
Rose Mae Prevot, age 87, passed away at The Pointe Rehab Care Center of Webster, TX on Saturday, December 15, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Prevot parents, Herbert Florence Francisco two brothers, Raymond Alexander and Merlin Francisco and three sisters, Thelma Sampson, Dorothy Francisco and Deloris Young. She was also preceded in death by two sistersinlaw, Earline Jones and Bernadine Prevot, and four brothersinlaw Raphael Prevot, Sr., Emmerick Prevot, Obey Prevot and Peter Sampson, Sr.
She is survived by one sister Gloria Hobgood and one brother, Herbert Francisco. She is also survived by four sistersinlaw, Doretha LeGras, Evelyn Augustine, Genevieve Sampson and Flossie Prevot.
Services and arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
