Funeral services for Rosemary Jeansonne of Cottonport will take place at the St. Marys Assumption Catholic Church of Cottonport on Thursday, January 19, 2012, beginning at 11:00am. Visitations will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Cottonport on Wednesday, January 18, 2012, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm and will resume at 9:00am on Thursday morning. Burial services will commence at the St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.
Rosemary Jeansonne, age 78, passed away at the Rapides Regional Medical Center on Sunday, January 15, 2012. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Anthony Jeansonne parents, George Myrtle Ducote Cassidy son, David Jeansonne nephew, Tim Ducote. She is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Brouillette husband Brady of Cottonport sons, Kevin Jeansonne wife Joycelyn of Alexandria, Marty Jeansonne wife Karen of Houston, TX, Kenny Jeansonne wife Kim of Port Saint Lucie, FL, Randy Jeansonne wife Claudine of Houston, TX, Terry Jeansonne of Cottonport sister, Madeline Ducote of Cottonport niece, Shelia Blankenship. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Natalie Jeansonne, Emily Jeansonne, Cody Marcotte, Brittany Brouillette, Kaitlyn Jeansonne, Summer Jeansonne, Katherine Jeansonne, Kassidy Jeansonne, Erik Jeansonne, Joshua Jeansonne, Alexa Jeansonne, Sophia Jeansonne.
