Ruby Green

Funeral services for Ruby Guillot Green of Hessmer will take place at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church on Monday, May 26, 2014 beginning at 1:00pm with Fr. Edwin Rodriguez officiating. Visitation will also be held on Monday at the Escud Funeral Home of Mansura from 8:30am to 12:30pm. Burial will commence at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Mausoleum.
Ruby Green, age 89, passed away at the Hessmer Nursing Home on Friday, May 23, 2014. Ruby was an active member in the St. Alphonsus Church Choir and also a member of the Altar Society. She was a loving homemaker and dedicated to her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Arthur Green parents, Steven Eugenia Guillot sister, Bertha Guillot brothers, Eldric Guillot Elie Guillot soninlaw, Steve Drouin. She is survived by her daughter, Genie Drouin of Hessmer grandchildren, Quinn Drouin Jennifer of Hessmer, Stephanie Allen Luke of Batchelor, Rachel Laborde Kyle of Denham Springs greatgrandchildren, Blake Emily Drouin, Drake Laborde, Isaac Kassidy Allen, and numerous nieces, nephews, family, friends. Pallbearers for the service will be: Quinn, Blake, Luke, Isaac, Kyle, and Drake.
Services and arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
