Sadie Hairford

Funeral services for Sadie Hairford of Plaucheville will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2016 beginning at 10:30am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Dupont. Visitation will take place Wednesday, September 28, 2016 beginning at 6pm until 10pm with a rosary being recited at 7pm at the Immaculate Conception Church Hall and will reopen Thursday morning at 8am until the time of service. Interment will commence at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Mausoleum. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.

Sadie Hairford, age 90, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Avoyelles Manor Nursing Home in Dupont. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nealson J. Hairford; parents, Clemile & Dez Lemoine Ducote; brothers, Harris Ducote and Nolan Ducote.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Cheryl H. Webb of Central, Dianne Ortego of Plaucheville; son, Warren Hairford of Dupont; sister, Hattie Saucier of Dupont; brother, Daniel Ducote of Baton Rouge. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren and 10 Great-grandchildren.
