Shawn Gauthier

Funeral services for Shawn Anthony Gauthier of Carencro formerly of Cottonport will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 beginning at 11am at the St. Marys Catholic Church of Cottonport. Visitation will be held at Escud Funeral Home of Cottonport beginning at 5pm until 10pm on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 and will reopen Wednesday at 8am. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
Shawn Anthony Gauthier, age 29, passed away at Regional Medical Center of Acadiana on Friday, January 10, 2014. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Willard Nan Myrtle Wilson Gauthier and maternal grandfather, Robert Guidry.
Those left to cherish his memory are his father Mark Gauthier of Cottonport his mom, Rachel Guidry Gauthier of Moreauville his brothers, Daniel Paul Gauthier of Simmesport and Jody Eric Gauthier of Cottonport. He is also survived by his stepmom Charlotte Bowman Gauthier of Moreauville his maternal grandmother Birdie Mallet Guidry of Simmesport niece Abigail Grace Gauthier and nephew Owen Michael Gauthier.
