Stanford Ford

Funeral services for Stanford John Ford of Marksville will take place at the Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church of Mansura on Wednesday, September 5, 2012, beginning at 11:00am with Fr. Martin Laird officiating. Visitations will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Mansura on Tuesday, September 4, 2012, from 5:00pm to 10:00pm and will resume Wednesday morning at 8:00am. Burial services will commence at the St. Paul Catholic Cemetery.
Stanford Ford, age 68, passed away at the American Legion Hospital of Jennings on Monday, August 27, 2012. He is preceded in death by his father, Lincy Ford, Sr. sister, Priscilla Ford brother, Marion David Ford. He is survived by his wife, Savanna Ford of Mansura children, John C. Ford, Anthony G. Ford, Matthew A. Ford, Felicia M. Ford, Jessica M. Ford mother, Anna Mae Ford brothers sisters, Lincy Ford, Jr., Harold Ford, Freddie Ford, Charles Ford, Melvin Ford, Oran Ford, Kenneth Ford, Lou Ann Williams, and Ruby Nell Prevot. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren one greatgrandchild.
