Funeral services for Susan Myra Francisco Collins of Mansura will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2014 beginning at 12pm at the Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Mansura with Fr. Martin Laird officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2014 beginning at 10am until the time of service in the church. Burial will follow at St. Paul Cemetery in Mansura. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
Susan Myra Francisco Collins, age 57, passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at M.D. Anderson in Houston, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph M. Dorothy Francisco sisters, Debra Francisco and Mary D. Young.
Those left to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Kirsten Rena Collins and Alisha Michelle Collins Joshua Gascey both of Katy, TX four sisters: Marie Sampson Edward, Sr. of Mansura, Linda M. Francisco of Katy, TX, Charmaine Francisco of Houston, TX, Gwendaline Collins Lionel of Killeen, TX three brothers, Daryl Francisco Ella Mae of Oceanside, CA, Christopher Francisco Laura of Chandler, AZ, Zachary Francisco Phyllis of Houston, TX. She also leaves five grandchildren, four godchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
