Funeral services for Susan Dupont of Big Bend will be held on Friday, February 28, 2014 at the St. Peters Catholic Church beginning at 12:00pm with Msgr. Steve Testa officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at the Escud Funeral Home of Moreauville at 5:00pm and will continue through the night until time of service on Friday. Burial services will commence at the St. Catherine Cemetery.
Susan Dupont, age 66, passed away at her home on Wednesday, February 26, 2014. She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Clement, and her sister Donna Saucier. She is survived by her husband, James Tommy Dupont, Sr. of Big Bend children, James Dupont, Jr. of Plaucheville, Joseph Dupont, Christopher Dupont, Melissa Casey, all of Mansura, and Jill Dauzat of Marksville mother, Lois Louque Clement brothers, Norbert Clement of Saint Rose, LA and David Clement of Daphne, AL. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren three greatgrandchildren. Pallbearers for the service will include: Christopher Dupont, Sr., Christopher Dupont, Jr., Joseph Dupont, Sean Casey, Matthew Casey, Jeffery Ellis.
Services and arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
