Funeral services for Sybile Hilton of Mansura will take place at the Escud Funeral Home of Mansura on Wednesday, June 5, 2013, beginning at 1:00pm. Visitation will also take place at the funeral home on Wednesday from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Burial services will commence at the Cushman Cemetery of Marksville.
Sybile Hilton, age 85, passed away at the Avoyelles Hospital of Marksville on Sunday, June 2, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, Burnell Hilton son, Jessie Bernard parents, Florence Nita Sayer Gaspard brother, Allen Bordelon sisters, Nora Dauzat Mary Lachney. She is survived by her children, Sylvia Guillory of Mansura, Sadie Mayeux of Cottonport, Emile Maillet, Jr. of Las Vegas, Kenneth Maillet of North Carolina, Don Hayes of Mansura, Dan Hayes of Arkansas brother, Winston Gaspard of Brouillette sisters, Daisy Bernard Addie Stanfield both of Brouillette. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren fortythree greatgrandchildren. Serving as pallbearers will be: Rickey Guillory, Dan Hayes, Collin Scallan, Derek Rabalais, Hunter Paul Mayeux, Buddy Brassette.
