Funeral Services for Sylvan "T-Ray" Rousseau III, will be held Sunday, October 9, 2016 at Escude Funeral Home in Cottonport at 2pm. Burial will be held at the First Baptist Cemetery in Cottonport. Visitation will be Saturday, October 8, 2016 beginning at 5pm and lasting all night at Escude Funeral Home in Cottonport.
"T-Ray" 23 of Cottonport, passed in Zachary on Friday, October 7, 2016. Sylvan was a graduate of West Feliciana High, he loved to fish and he loved his job as mechanic and often traveled home just to help family and friends with any "car troubles" they were having.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Ellie Mae Mitchell, maternal grandfather Larry Cooper, Fraternal grandmother Arceline Rousseau and fraternal grandfather Sylvan Rousseau I.
He is survived by his parents; Bobbie Jo Rousseau (Arthur Manuel) and Sylvan Ray Rousseau II (Maureen); sisters; Lilly Jones Moreau (Billy), and Carey Mancuso; one brother Christopher Rousseau; hid special friend Cindi Adams; nieces and nephews include; Ethan Brecheen, Roy Moreau, Kelsey and Marty "M.J." Mancuso. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Pallbearers include Billy Moreau, Christopher Rousseau, Derrick Marcotte, Arthur Manuel, Hunter Jordan and Joshua McMills. Honorary pall bearer Sylvan R. Rousseau Jr.
