Thelma Heath

Funeral services for Thelma Ann Heath, known as "Sangoo" to family & close friends will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2016 beginning at 11am at the Antioch Baptist Church in Goudeau. Visitation will be held at the church prior to the service beginning at 8am until 11am. Burial will commence at the Antioch Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
Thelma Ann Heath, age 80, passed away at the Avoyelles Hospital in Marksville on Sunday, January 24, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob & Leanner Jacobs Heath; sisters, Ivy Roy and Mary Celestine; brothers, Willie Heath and Samuel Pete Heath.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Kaffey Heath Hood (Craig) of Alexandria; her sons: Wilson Heath of Mansura, Lawrence Heath (Christine) of Cottonport, Cole Andy Heath (Natasha) of Hessmer, Samuel Heath (Antoinette) of Houston, TX, and Allen Ray Heath (Cynthia) of Crosby, TX; sisters, Dorothy Allen of Alexandria, Betty Heath (Bobby) of Monroe, Rosemary Kemper of Kinder, Elma Heath of Bunkie, Ida Wycoff of Mansura; brothers, Curray Heath (Mary) of Marksville, Berry Heath (Gilda) of Mansura, and Elijah Heath (Betty) of Melville. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, & extended family.
