Funeral services for Theresa Armand Jeansonne of Cottonport will take place at the Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church of Mandeville on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 beginning at 1:00pm and at St. Marys Assumption Catholic Church of Cottonport on Thursday, October 27, 2011, beginning at 11:00am with Father Jamie Medina Cruz officiating. Visitations will be held at the Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church of Mandeville on Wednesday, October 26, 2011, from 12:00pm to 1:00pm and will resume on Thursday at the St. Mary Catholic Church of Cottonport at 10:00am. Burial services will commence at the St. Mary Catholic Mausoleum.
Theresa Jeansonne, age 98, passed away at her home on Sunday, October 23, 2011. She is preceded in death by her husband, Labon Paul Jeansonne parents, Vineras Azelia Dusch Jeansonne Armand. She is survived by her children, Richard Jeansonne of Mandeville, Donald Jeansonne of Cottonport sister, Sylvia Guillory of Cottonport. She is also survived by her thirteen grandchildren twentythree greatgrandchildren.
