Funeral services for Thomas Jay Adams of Simmesport will be take place at the Grace Community Church of Jacoby on Wednesday, February 17, 2010, beginning at 11:00am. Visitations will also take place at the church prior to the funeral, beginning at 9:00am. Burial services will commence at the Jacoby Baptist Cemetery.
Thomas Adams, age 54, passed away at the Acadian Nursing Rehabilitation Center on Saturday, February 13, 2010. He is preceded in death by parents, Charlie Adams, Sr. Grace Grady Adams sister, Tammy Lorah brother, Dale Adams. He is survived by his daughters, Heaven Dauzat of Denham Springs, Sonya Nobles of Erwinville brothers, Richard Adams of Simmesport, Charlie Adams, Jr. of Jena, Jimmy Adams of Simmesport, Justin Adams of Simmesport. He is also survived by his three grandchildren.
