Tina Barilleaux Couvillion

Tina Barilleaux, age 64, passed away on Tuesday, August 20th, 2024 at Rapides Regional Medical Center of Alexandria. She was born on November 26th, 1959 in New Orleans to the late Eugene and Eunice Lacombe Barrilleaux. 

Tina completed her education at Riverdale High School and furthered her education at Baton Rouge Community College. She found joy in simple pleasures. She was an avid gardener, a lover of seafood, and cheering on the Saints during football season! 

Tina is survived by her children, Beau Couvillion (Kelsey) and Naomi Dossett, both of Moreauville. She was a proud grandmother to Razoria Dossett (Christian) of Simmesport, Anna Couvillion, and Carter Laborde, both of Moreauville. She is also survived by her step-grandchildren, Drake Gaspard of Oklahoma, Natalee Gaspard, and Samantha Clark, both of Moreauville; her great-granddaughter, Ranazmay Mayeaux; her sister, Jean Aucoin (Lenny) of Metairie; and her brother, Don Barilleaux of Colorado. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sheila Barilleaux Pepper; and brothers, Dan and Vincent Barilleaux.

Memorial gathering will take place on Saturday, August 31, 2024, 2:00pm to 6:00pm, at Escude Funeral Home in Moreauville, 115 Lemoine Street Moreauville, LA 71355.
