Services for Mrs. Ura Armandof Bordelonville will be held Friday, September 14, 2012 at 2pm in St. Michaels Catholic Church in Rexmere with Msgr. Steve Testa officiating. Visitation will be held also at St. Michaels Catholic Church on Friday, September 14, 2012 at 12pm until time of services. Burial will take place at St. Michaels Catholic Cemetery.
On September 11, 2012, Ura Tutu Daigrepont Armand, age 86, born on October 31, 1925, left this world to join God, her beloved husband David Armand, her parents, David and Agnes Daigrepont, and one brother and one sister. She is survived by her daughter, Cleothile Tela Roy of LaPlace, four grandchildren, Sharon Diehl, Tracy Perilloux, Ronnie Roy, and Susan Simoneaux, and eight greatgrandchildren, Ashley, Kelsey, Kayla, James, Lauren, Samantha, Beaux, and Hyde. She is also survived by five sisters Ruby Gaspard of Big Bend, Rena Morris of Remere, Sybil Percle of Chad Bay, Betty Baudin of Bordelonville, and Louise Armand of Bordelonville and five brothers, Allen Daigrepont of Big Bend, Ernest Daigrepont of Bordelonville, James Daigrepont of Hessmer, Edsel Daigrepont of Simmesport, and Clifton Daigrepont of Bordelonville. She will be missed tremendously.
