Funeral services for Verlyn Grace Dupont Poch of Mansura will held on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Hessmer beginning at 11am. Visitation will be held at Escud Funeral Home in Mansura on Saturday, August 30, 2014 beginning at 8am until 10:40am. Burial will be held at the St. Alphonsus Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
Verlyn Grace Dupont Poch, age 76, passed away on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at Riviere de Soleil Community Care Center. She loved to watch TV especially murder mysteries and when she was younger, she enjoyed dancing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alban Verdie Poch and her parents, Leo Anna Guillory Dupont.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Marina Poch of Slidell her son, Dwayne Lisa Poch sisters, Keremae Maeyaux of Marksville and Leona Dilliman of Metairie brother, Iral Dupont of Dupont and one granddaughter, Nicole Smith of Slidell.
