Services for Victoria Toy Roy of Bunkie will be at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2008 at St. Marys Assumption Catholic Church with Father Edwin Rodriguez - Hernandez officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary Assumption 1 in Cottonport under the direction of Escude Funeral Home of Cottonport. Ms. Roy, age 93, died at Bayou Vista Nursing Home on March 12, 2008. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lizzida Lacombe; father, Thomas Lacombe; husband, Elie Roy; three sisters, Alida Williber, Bernice Lacombe and Geneva McDaniel and a brother Herman Lacombe. Survivors include daughter, Patsy Roy and husband Ralph Moras of Bunkie; brother, Horace Lacombe of Lafayette; grandson, Ralph Moras, Jr. of Lafayette and grandson, Rodney Moras of Pine Prairie; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Escude Funeral Home, Cottonport.
