Wallace Lemoine

Funeral service for Wallace "Oudy" Lemoine of Cottonport will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at the St. Mary's Assumption Catholic Church of Cottonport beginning at 11:00am. Visitation will be held at the Escude Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 from 5:00pm to 10:00pm and will resume Wednesday morning at 8:00am. Burial will commence at the St. Mary's Catholic Mausoleum #2.
Oudy, age 79, passed away at the Riviere de Soleil Nursing Home of Mansura on Sunday, November 13, 2016. Oudy loved life, his family, and the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and was known to be quite the jokester.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hampton T. Lemoine, Sr. & Mona Lemoine Bordelon; and his brothers, Cecil Lemoine & Hampton T. Lemoine, Jr. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Marye Lemoine of Cottonport; children, Paul Lemoine (Kristie) of Cottonport, Dana Riggins (Richard) of Jasper, TX, Kirk Lemoine (Jill) of Bossier City; sister, Amy Lemoine of Baton Rouge; grandchildren, Colten, Meghan, Julia, Daniel, Elise, Zach, Dylan, & Sam.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church of Cottonport or Christian Family Worship Center in Mansura.
