Funeral services for Zanella Dufour McManus of Baker will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2015 beginning at 11am at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Hessmer. Burial will be held in the St. Alphonsus Mausoleum. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
Zanella Dufour McManus, age 81, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2015 at St. Francis Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eustis and Mary Guillory Guillot; sons, baby boy Dufour, Mikell Dufour; Brother, Jimmy Guillot; grandchild, Nicole Dufour;
Those left to cherish her memory is her son, Gerald & Patrice Dufour of Baton Rouge; daughter-in-law, Rita Dufour of Denham Springs; sister, Lela Mae Chenevert of Hessmer; brother, Fred Guillot of Arizona; Grandchildren, Chris Dufour of Baton Rouge, Casey & Nikki Dufour of Guthrie OK, Becky & Michael Fritter of Denham Springs, Joey & Leslie Richard of Denhams Springs, Brian Stackey of Baton Rouge; nine great-grandchildren.
A special thanks to her niece, Ramona Chenevert; great nieces, Melissa Guillot, and Shelia Naquin for taking care of Zanella.
