Timothy Desoto

Timothy DeSoto, age 41, passed away at the Ochsner LSU Health — Monroe Medical Center on Sunday, September 12th, 2021. He was affectionately known as “Uncle Toot”.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Nicole DeSoto; children, Dominick DeSoto, Kadence Zelinski, Annalyse DeSoto, and Raychel DeSoto; parents, Douglas Desoto (Jacquie) and Sandra Davis DeSoto; siblings, Eric Mitchell DeSoto, Brandy Elizabeth Couvillion, Christopher Douglas DeSoto, and Porscha Marie Cassola. He is also survived by his 15 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his step-brother, Gaetano “Joey” Cassola.

A gathering of friends and family will begin on Saturday, September 18th, 2021 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at the Escude Funeral Home of Cottonport.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Catch-A-Dream Foundation.
