Funeral Mass for Vaughn Matthew Augustine of Mansura will begin at 10:00am on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Mansura with Fr. Irion St. Romain officiating. Interment will be held on a future date.

Vaughn Augustine, age 57, passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at his home in Mansura.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Charity Augustine and Melinda Prier; his son, Jarred Augustine; his mother, Amie Augustine; his siblings, Judy Bazert, Lydia Washington, Lionel Augustine (Gail), Calvin Augustine (Bertha), Kennie Augustine (Nancy), Deperlene Reid, Karen Johnson, Daisy Prevot, and Kenneth Augustine. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Jayden, Jaylen, Landon, Taten, Nehemiah, Kinley, Chasley, Cortez, and Corvell.

He was preceded in death by his father, Kirby Augustine; and brother, Stephen Augustine.

Visitation will begin at 8:00am until the time of service on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Escude Funeral Home in Mansura.
