Funeral Mass for Victor James Lemoine, Jr. of Mansura will begin at 10:00am on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Mansura with Fr. Irion St. Romain officiating. Entombment & military honors will be held at St. Paul Mausoleum in Mansura.

Victor J. Lemoine, Jr., age 91, passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021 at Avoyelles Manor Nursing Home in Dupont. Mr. Victor served honorably in the U.S. Air Force between 1947-1950. He was the owner and operator of Vic’s TV Repair. In his spare time, he was an avid outdoorsman.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 70 years, Domelise B. Lemoine of Mansura; children: Eugene Lemoine (Susie) of Shreveport, David Lemoine (Luisa) of Shreveport, Christine L. Tison (Tim) of Shreveport, and Janice L. Lacour (Ricky) of Plaucheville; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers: Cody Lacour, Haley Lacour, Vincent Lemoine, Sophia Lemoine, Beth Lacour, Bryan Theriot, and Mandy Theriot.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Victor Lemoine, Sr. & Attie Juneau Lemoine; brothers, Chester Lemoine, Owen Lemoine, Elliot Lemoine, and Jackie Lemoine.

Visitation will begin at 8:00am until 9:45am on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at Escude Funeral Home in Mansura. Rosary prayer will begin at 9:00am.
